Describe the bug
Second import of odp presentations replaces current slides. Nice!
But something goes wrong with a slide title. See attached screenshot.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Import odp presentation.
See that all slides are replaced and not added, which is very nice.
See slide title containing a "&"

Expected behaviour
That the "&" would be imported correctly.

Screenshots / sample deck
If applicable, add screenshots or attach a minimal .md / .ocideck that
triggers the issue.

Environment

OciDeck version: 0.3.2
OS and version: Ubuntu 24.04
Flutter version (flutter --version): unknown
Single or dual screen (if presenter-related): not relevant
