Describe the bug
Go to the userguide, click on "Theming and Language" (https://pawprint.vigilis.online/LibreKAT/Ocideck/src/branch/main/docs/USER_GUIDE.md#theming-and-language ) and nothing happens. This section is missing on the bottom of the page too.

Thanks for the report, Jeroen. Fixed in 7fa66997e (PR #2647). The section was in the file all along, but a bare <title> placeholder on line 5422 made the forge's renderer treat everything after it as an HTML page title. The last ~1,400 lines of USER_GUIDE.md, including Theming and language, therefore never appeared on the repository page. ACCESSIBILITY.md had the same problem. Both are fixed in English and Dutch, and the conventions check now refuses such tags outside code in any Markdown file. The in-app documentation reader was never affected.
