[Docs] Say who made the 71,500 translations, before someone asks about Klingon #635

Found in the pre-publication localisation review.

Evidence: 2,305 source keys × 31 target languages ≈ 71,500 translations. Nowhere in README.md, AUTHORS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md or docs/ is it stated how they were produced or whether a native speaker reviewed them (grep -rn "machine|native speaker|moedertaal" finds nothing about translations; AUTHORS.md:15 thanks "translations" generically). Klingon and Latin sit alphabetically among the rest in the picker on the consent screen (app_localizations.dart:199-201), and tlh has its own flag emoji.

As a rough indicator of lines left untranslated — values identical to the Dutch key: fy 132 (5.7%), da 67, de 42, pap 40. Mostly loanwords, but nobody has checked.

Why this matters: the critic does not say "Klingon is silly". They say "32 languages, one of them Klingon, and who checked the Maltese?" — and to that second half the repository has no answer today. Klingon and Latin are harmless in themselves and fit the tone of this project; they only become undermining if they are the sole signal about how seriously the other 29 were taken. This project shows that honesty everywhere else.

Proposal: keep Klingon and Latin — removing them gains nothing and costs character. Add one sentence to README.md:42: how the translations were produced, that they have not been reviewed word-by-word by native speakers, and that per-language corrections are welcome (linking to the translator route in the separate issue). Consider grouping Latin and Klingon at the foot of the picker, so a new user first impression is not tlhIngan Hol between Svenska and Türkçe.
