Closes #2560.

make check-full on main stopped at ShellCheck SC2012 in scripts/bundle_whisper_cli.sh. Select the built macOS .app with find instead of parsing ls; the missing-app error and helper destination remain the same.

Validation: make check-full passed on head 26448facada5c86f0697cf623b0d07747051cd66 (including ShellCheck, full Flutter and package suites, macOS golden tests, secret scans, SAST and web build).

This is a baseline failure that predates #2558. The change does not touch Markdown, storage or network behavior; the LibreKAT format and sovereignty checks therefore need no trade-off.
