Closes #2558.

When a different program creates a Markdown file while Openen or Slides importeren is already open, the in-app list remains based on its first scan. Both dialogs now offer a labeled Vernieuwen button that reuses their existing scan. The button is disabled during a scan; the current search and selection stay available.

Regression tests create a valid file after the initial scan and confirm that it appears after refreshing, including an initially empty Openen list. Existing keyboard and multi-file open tests also pass.

Validation: make check-full TEST_JOBS=8 on head 295df5ecfad13d4ddb3b503f12f7d308d561e6dc.

This fixes the in-app lists. It does not claim to fix the separate native Bladeren… picker observation, tracked in #2561. No Markdown format, storage, dependency, or network route changes. The refresh remains a local operation and the button has a translated screen-reader label, so the LibreKAT portability and user-control values remain satisfied.
