Add 87 Spanish (.es.md) template files covering every English template that loads from a file. Update TemplateContentService with fallback chain (requested language -> en) and add es to languagesWithContent. Update _templateLanguageNotice to suppress the notice for languages with their own content files.

Add 87 Spanish (.es.md) template files in assets/templates/, covering
every English template that loads from a file. Update
TemplateContentService with a fallback chain (requested language -> en)
and add 'es' to languagesWithContent. Update _templateLanguageNotice
in new_deck_dialog.dart to suppress the notice for languages with
their own content files, including Spanish.
